Kadhi/kadi/ Punjabi Style Kadhi with zareen fatima

Traditional Punjabi Kadhi  Kadhi pakoda is a very delicious and spicy recipe prepare with pakodas It tastes best with rice and roti. You can serve it as main dish in lunch and dinner

Ingredients for kadhi

250 grm besan (gram flour)
1 kg dahi (curd)paste
1 tbs ginger garlic past
1 tbs turmaric powder(haldi)
1 tbs red chili powder
1 tbs salt
3 glass water

Ingredients for Tarka/Bahngaar

1 big size onion
12 to 15 kadi patta (curry leaves)
7 to 8 red chili
1 tbs cumin seeds
oil

Ingredients for Pakora

250 grm besan(gram flour)
1 meadum size onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
3 chopped green chilli
1 tbs cumin seeds
water
Oil
