1 pinch citric acid (tatri)
2 tbs ginger garlice past (lehsan adrak)
1 medium size onion
4 Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Rose patel (gulaab ki pattiya)
1 glass Milk
1 tbs cumin seeds powder(zira)
1 tbs garam masala powder
1 tbs black cumin seeds powder(kaala zira)
5 to 6 Green cardamom (hari elaichi)
2 black cardamom (badi elaichi)
2 cinnamom stick(daar cheeni)
6 cloves (long)
10 to 12 black pepper (kaali mirch)
2 larg bay leaves (tez patta)
