aloo palak/aloo methi آلو پالک میتھی with zareen Fatima (Urdu/Hindi)

Methi Aloo Palak or Spinach potato Fenugreek sabzi is a quick easy indian sabzi that you can do in no time from your frozen veggies. This is also excellent side for children so they can have green leafy veggies.

Methi palak aloo burji Ingredient

1 kg methi(fenugreek leaves)
250 gram palak (spinach)
10 green chilli
1 tbs cumin seeds
5 chopped garlice cloves
1/2 cup imli paste
1 cup mustard oil
2 tbs crushed red chilli
1 tbs salt
