Cholay dahi baray recipe//chaat with zareen Fatima

Ingredientfor Phuki

125 grm besan (gram flour)
Water as required
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Namak (salt)
1 tsp zira (cumin)
Oil for frying

250 grm Dahi (yogurt)
2 boil Aloo chopped  (potatoes)
1 chopped piyaz (onion)
1 chopped tamatar (tomatoe)
2 chopped Hari Mirch (green chilli)

Dahi ki chatni

1/2 cup Dahi (yogurt)
2 tbs Hara dahnia (corianderleaves)
1/2 tsp zira (cumin)
2 Hari Mirch (green chilli)
1/2 tsp Namak (salt)
Paprika
Dahi bara masala powder

Imli ki chatni

1/2 cup imlika past (tamarind)
1 tsp chaat Masala powder

1 tbs kota sabut dahnia (crushed coriander seeds)
1 tsp lal mirch (chilli powder)
1 tsp garam Masala powder
1 lemon juice
1 tsp Namak (salt)
3 chopped hari mirch (green chilli)
