gulabjamun WITH ZAREEN FATIMA



Ingredient

3 basi roti (Leftover Roti)
1 cup milk
1 tbs melted ghee
2 tbs dry milk powder  (optional)
1/2 tsp green cardamom (hari elaichi) powder
Oil for fry

Ingredient for sheera

2-1/2 cups water
2 cups sugar (cheeni)
1/2 tsp green cardamom  (hari elaichi) powder
